The service was excellent, with a thoughtful touch to cover up a minor flaw in the room. However, there were occasional issues with hot water. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was wonderful, close to major attractions like Yorkminster and the city walls, with friendly staff ready to help. However, the lack of a fan during a heatwave and the challenging climb up 6 flights of stairs were drawbacks.
